Also can I ask why he was banned? (Hackintosh) I can't think of why he would get banned. Also I made his avi for him...

As I am sure you can read from above he has been banned for the following:

Breach of ToS

Section 1:
(•If you have a problem with another member of this community, contact a staff member and they will try to solve it, DO NOT solve your problems by yourself or in real life.) - This rule is advisable especially if that 'member' is the admin [some know what I mean]. This also lead to Argumentative Posts being made.

Section 7:
(• Posting physical (or links to) offensive or pornographic content) - In this case it was a link, in his profile, which went a little like this: "best video site!! www.********.com"; the link ofcourse lead to a pornographic video site.

And finally Not carrying out his Moderator Duties.

I don't believe I have anyone to answer to when banning a member but feel that I should make an example of him. Anyway, that's why he got banned.

It does. I wasn't aware of most of the things he did... But I understand why he was banned now. Especially since he was a moderator, he should have been more responsible.

Exactly. Moderators have to be responsible. We are like the aprents of the board, and the members our kids. If the "parents" link to pornos, throw verbal abuse at the "kids" or other parents, the "kids" will think that is acceptable. When it is not.
