command and conquer LAN?

I donwloaded command and conquer red alert 2 yuris revenge and its a fun game btw. And i wanted to set up a lan line with my freind is that possible? If so i think their is a part missing in the download becuase i cant set it up. Can you give me the missing parts?

Hmm... I don't think anything, apart from the movies I've ripped, are 'missing' from the package. You can try doing it again, but try doing it with Red Alert 2; It might work..

Haven't tried it so can't really be sure Razz

Yeah I have the same problem. But I have done my research, and it is impossible to have a LAN game using Vista Sad

. That is why I'm looking for a Tiberium Wars rip.

But for XP downwards, you have to install ipx protocal (i think into your networkcard/router drivers or software or something, you'll have to figure that out, or google it) and then go into the RA2 network options and select it. It should then work.

If you do have vista though you can always dual boot with XP. I can't as I havn't got enough internal hard-drive space.
